Junior Project Manager WMS

What are you going to do?

As a Junior Project manager, you should act as the contact towards our client's customers in a way that creates trust and credibility. Logistical projects are often related to both procedural and organizational changes in the customer business, therefore a structured and communicative leadership will help to make the customer confident in the project progress.

You will manage smaller projects, upgrade projects and minor adjustments in existing customer applications towards customer and internal project team. Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Work according to our client's project model (Promise, based on Prince2)
  • Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling project resources, deliverables, risk and budget for (upgrade) projects.
  • Follow-up on continuous change requests towards customer and internal project members.
  • Authorize spent hours on projects and change requests
  • Invoicing
  • Represent project group towards the customer
  • Represent customer and project internally
  • Building long term relationships with the customer
  • Contribute to an efficient and positive working climate within the project group and the customer

What are you going to get?

Next to a salary of 3400-4300 a month, you can expect:

  • a lease car or mobility budget;
  • company mobile phone and laptop;
  • 8% holiday pay and minimum of 25 holiday days on an annual basis;
  • “13th month” based on individual performance (up to 140%).

Who are you?

  • You’re ready for your second job
  • Your current job is preferably within the B2B market and related to logistics and WMS
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics or related degree
To be successful in this role you need to have a structured way of working. You are a good communicator who is convincing, motivating and challenging and you’re interested in the financial part of projects. Furthermore, you have a drive and feel ownership for the activities that will be your responsibility.
